From the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan Republic dated December 22, 1995 “On the Application of Legislation on Compensation of the Moral Damage by Courts”

Moral damage shall include moral and physical sufferings (humiliation, irritation, anger, shame, despair, physical pain, damage, discomfort, etc.) which are felt by a victim as a result of a felony committed against him(her).
