Moral (non-property) harm inflicted to a citizen as a result of dissemination of false information by the media entity, damaging dignity and honor of that citizen, or inflicting the non-property loss, by a decision of a court, shall be compensated by the media entity as well as guilty officials and citizens. The amount of compensation of moral (non-property) harm in money terms shall be determined by court. |
