Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Recognition of some of legislative acts of Kazakh SSR on the issues of print press and mass information to have lost validity"

The following shall be recognized to have lost the validity:

1. Law of Kazakh SSR dated June 28 of 1991 “On print press and other mass media” (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of Kazakh SSR, 1991, #28, article 390; Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, #1-2, article 17; #20, article 121, 123)

2. Decree of the Supreme Council of Kazakh SSR dated June 28, 1991 “On the Order of Introduction of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ”On print press and other mass media” (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of Kazakh SSR, 1991, #28, article 391).
