5. Pedestrians, Passengers and Drivers of the street traffic shall have the right:

- to have full and true information on safe conditions of traffic, quality of products and services related to safe street traffic provision , on the rights, obligations and responsibilities of public officials, whose activities related to safe street traffic provision;
