Information related to state of emergency of natural and technological character shall include information on the level of risk and harmfulness of organizations activity, the necessary security and measures of prevention and elimination of emergencies. This information shall be open to the public and shall be subject to publishing in mass media and broadcast media. It shall not be permissible to conceal, untimely present or knowingly give public officers false information related to emergencies of natural or technological character. |
