Article 12. Exempt from registering a mass medium

Periodical printed editions:

With circulation less than 100 copies;

Official, normative and other acts;

Television, radio, video, newsreel programs, disseminated on cable networks, if service zone is limited by one building or complex;

Court practice bulletins shall be exempt from registration.
