Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15 2001 # 825 "On approval of rules and payment rates to the republican budget of payment for use of radio frequency resource (spectrum) of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

In accordance with the item 3 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan April 24 1995 “On taxes and other mandatory payments to budget" and the item 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18 1999 "On communications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECREES:

1. To approve the attached:

1) Rules of payment to the republican budget for use of radio frequency resource (spectrum) of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Rates of payment for use of radio frequency resource (spectrum) for fixed and mobile radio services;

3) Rates of payment for use of radio frequency resource (spectrum) for television and radio broadcasting service.

2. To determine that payment amounts, calculated in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 13 1999 # 1387 “On establishment of payment for utilization of radio frequency resource of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including payments, connected with introduction of radio electronic means and high frequency devices into exploitation on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the sphere of television and radio broadcasting and unpaid for the moment of adoption of the present decree, are subject to calculation and payment on rates and in the order, set by the present decree.

The specified amounts must be paid in the republican budget until July 1 2001.

3. To acknowledge invalid the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 13 1999 # 1387 “On establishment of payment for use of radio frequency resource of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including payments, connected with introduction of radio electronic means and high frequency devices into exploitation on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (Collection of Acts of President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, # 46, item 426).

4. The present decree shall enter into force on January 1 2001 and is subject to publication.
