Representatives of mass media or other individuals shall have the right to visit institutions executing punishments, with the special permission of the administration of these institutions or superior agencies of the criminal-sentencing system in the procedure determined by the central agency of the criminal-sentencing system. 4. Film-, photo- and video shooting of objects providing safety and protection of convicts shall be carried out with the permission of the administration of the correctional institution. 5. Film-, photo-, and video-shooting of convicts, their interviewing, including shooting with the use of audio-and video equipment, shall be carried out with the permission of the convicts. |
