1. Information coverage in mass media may cause the initiation of a criminal case, when it is published in the newspaper or magazine, or covered on radio or TV. 2. Individuals fulfilling the administrative functions in the media entity, who published information on a criminal case, after the demand of a person who has the right to initiate a criminal case, shall be obliged to give all documents they possess and materials which prove publication, as well as the name of a person who presented this information, except for cases when this person presented information under the condition of non-disclosure of the source of information. |
